On Friday 02 March BBC Northern Ireland carried radio, TV, online and video coverage about genetic haemochromatosis and the prevalence of the so-called “Celtic Curse” across the island of Ireland.
Although there are a couple of inaccuracies, notably reference to “a blood condition”, at The Haemochromatosis Society we are pleased to see mainstream media covering this major health issue.
