Too often the symptoms of genetic haemochromatosis can be ignored, either as a sign of growing older, or attributed to other conditions and life events, however they should not be ignored.
This year for World Haemochromatosis Week (WHW), the campaign will be to #TellTen people about genetic haemochromatosis (GH).
WHW Awareness Raising Pack
We need you to help raise awareness of GH during the week. We have created a WHW Awareness Raising Pack, which includes a “Fe+ling Tired?” t-shirt, posters and leaflets. The t-shirt have been provided through a grant by The Hobson Charity.
You can order the pack through the link provided.
Please do use the #WHW and #TellTen to let us know about your activities. If you have any questions, or need further materials, please do e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can raise awareness of GH in many different ways, such as: sharing social media images, talking to friends and family, setting up an event at work or in the local community.
Please use these ideas and poster for your awareness raising activities.
